The Flower Garden

Zero stars if possible. I ordered flowers through FTD, so had no option in choosing this florist. The arrangement I ordered & paid for was described as being 16 inches H and 22 inches W. What was delivered to me was 10x10…nothing near what I paid for. What this shop attempted was essentially robbery. I put in the order 3 days ago as I wanted it as a centerpiece for a gathering I am hosting tomorrow…it’s too late now to order anything else. If you have a choice, give your business to any other florist in the Reno/Sparks area

I never leave reviews, but i think this is something to be known. I’d like to start by saying the arrangement came in perfect condition to my client. But here’s the story: I ordered the bouquet for a client who is in a different state. When putting the order in, the service was impeccable. The rep called to verify my info, asked about the circumstances, and helped push the delivery to an earlier time since I’m in a different time zone and wouldn’t be able to check if my client received the item till the next day. I called the next day to ensure that everything was on track to be delivered at the appropriate time, this was at 11. The rep, who was a different person, was very rude. She gave attitude, was brash/rushed, and wasn’t in the mood to talk. She gave attitude when she asked for the address, and when i didn’t have it immediately ready (keep in mind this is a client, and i don’t have the address memorized) she said “god, call me back when you have it and rushed me off the phone. Then proceeded to call me back 2 seconds later to ask if I had the address, which i did not and didn’t want to be fumbling around for it. When i called her back she answered with a nice service voice,

I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement that was made for one of our family members. I asked for springy and bright to cheer someone up. This does not look springy and bright to me. Not only that, basic rules of design were not used at all. I did not read the reviews beforehand and I don’t leave reviews myself. I will now read reviews. They already state exactly what happened to me. I wish I would have taken my $100 elsewhere so I wasn’t embarrassed of the arrangement that was received.

Absolutely amazing service and BEAUTIFUL flowers. I also asked if they could adjust a color and they helped making it such a wonderful gift for a wonderful teacher on her birthday!!! They delivered to the school in a timely fashion. They made this so easy especially because I ordered these from out of town. Same day delivery. They also sent me a photo to check if it was what i ordered which was very kind! If you want to get something for someone special this is the place.

I called, very last minute, for a lei for my wife's graduation. They came in with a beautiful one, full of color, in just a couple hours. Well worth it! My new favorite florist.
